Julie Robinson Erikson presents a check to Snyder County Chapter Chair Howard Lauver and Executive Director Edna Reinard.  The funds were raised from a golf tournament held by the family of the late Doris Sharadin Robinson.  Doris spent many years as a very dedicated volunteer with the Snyder County Chapter.  She is well remembered as a health history nurse at local blood drives as well as a volunteering with disaster services.

Terry Scheneck, Store Manager of Boscov's at the Susquehanna Valley Mall, Selinsgrove received the American Red Cross 2009 Good Neighbor Award.  Boscov's has partnered with the Snyder County Chapter for more than 20 years by sponsoring community health and safety classes, blood pressure clinics, disaster training, fundraisers, Red Cross program awareness events and more.

Members of Curves, 15 West Oak Avenue, Middleburg donated 1,804 lbs of food for the Emergency Food Pantry during the month of March!  Shown in the photo with the food collected just in week 1 are left to right are Curves staff, Tracy, Tammy, Karen Royer (SC Health & Safety Administrator), Cindy and Cheryl.
